2027 proposed departure starts at a glance

Standard program: two weeks. Adopted 2027 fee: US$3,500 per participant. Browse the month-by-month calendar for proposed 2027 start dates; no departure or placement is guaranteed until an individual offer is confirmed. Group size, guest-room availability and hosting arrangements are confirmed with local hosts for each proposed visit. Your exact return date, two-week itinerary, available guest rooms, and participation arrangements are provided in the written offer before booking or payment.
The written offer will identify your accommodation, meals, transport, learning activities, orientation, all inclusions and exclusions, any optional excursions, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before you commit.

From inquiry to arrival

3. Review together: Friends of Dago consults Dago Dala Hera, the relevant hosts and program partners about timing, group size, activities and capacity.
4. Receive an offer: If your proposed visit is feasible, we share a written itinerary, confirmed accommodation details, scope, full price terms and the required preparation steps.
5. Prepare and confirm: Complete approved safety and safeguarding requirements before travel is finalized. Please do not send passport numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents through this general inquiry form.

What to include in your message
Tell us whether you are traveling as an individual, family, diaspora visitor, university or other group; your preferred 2027 dates and flexibility; your approximate group size and whether any minors would join a supervised group; your learning interests; general room-sharing, dietary or accessibility questions; and the best way to contact you.
