2027 Volunteer & Learning Calendar — Dago365

DAGO365 · VOLUNTEER & LEARNING CALENDAR

Find a month that works for you

Browse 24 proposed 2027 start dates, paired with their original learning and volunteer journey themes. Select a month, then tell us which team number and start date interest you.

2027 proposed departure starts · expressions of interest open. Each date below is an example start date from the original Dago365 team-assignment calendar, not a confirmed booking, available placement or guaranteed departure. The earlier calendar used 12-day example ranges; the adopted 2027 standard experience is two weeks at US$3,500 per participant. Full dates, hosting capacity, individual participation, program-owner approvals, inclusions and payment terms will be confirmed in a written offer. Please do not book nonrefundable travel on the basis of these proposed dates.

Finance and health themes are not service placements: The Women’s Microfinance themes are for learning, not handling loans, savings or private financial data. Village Banking is a proposed education-only design and has not rolled out; no banking, deposit or lending placement is available. The medical/sports theme is a historical planning concept, not an offer of clinical work. Any eventual activities depend on locally agreed host roles, professional credentials where required, and separate activity-specific permissions.

Plan an ethical volunteer or learning visit

Volunteer activities are matched to locally identified needs, visitor skills and host capacity; child-facing, clinical, technical and independent partner-led activities need specific permissions and supervision. One Way Out leads Threads of Hope. Urban forestry activities outside Dago require separate site, partner and transport arrangements.

You can also browse all 26 journey concepts by theme, read the visitor guide, or review visitor FAQs. When completing your inquiry, mention your preferred month, team number and proposed start date; for volunteer participation, describe your relevant skills and interests.
