2027 approved departure dates at a glance
Choose a month first: See the full month-by-month volunteer calendar → When you select “Ask about this window” in the calendar, the approved calendar date, team number and learning themes are filled into the optional journey field in the inquiry below. Review or edit that information before submitting; an inquiry does not reserve a place.
Standard program: two weeks. Program cost, inclusions and payment terms are provided in your individual written offer. Browse the month-by-month calendar for approved 2027 start dates and learning themes. Individual booking, guest-room availability, group size, specific supervised activities and payment arrangements are confirmed in your written offer. Your exact return date, two-week itinerary, available guest rooms, and participation arrangements are provided in the written offer before booking or payment.
The written offer will identify your accommodation, meals, transport, learning activities, orientation, all inclusions and exclusions, any optional excursions, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before you commit.

The published dates and learning themes are approved. Individual participation, any hands-on volunteer role and the practical itinerary are confirmed with local hosts through a written offer.

2. Inquire: Use the form below and select “Dago365 & Learning Visits” as your inquiry category.
3. Review together: Friends of Dago consults Dago Dala Hera, the relevant hosts and program partners about timing, group size, activities and capacity.
4. Receive an offer: If your requested visit can be accommodated, we share a written itinerary, confirmed accommodation details, scope, full price terms and the required preparation steps.
5. Prepare and confirm: Complete approved safety and safeguarding requirements before travel is finalized. Please do not send passport numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents through this general inquiry form.

What to include in your message
Tell us whether you are traveling as an individual, family, diaspora visitor, university or other group; your preferred 2027 dates and flexibility; your approximate group size and whether any minors would join a supervised group; your learning interests; general room-sharing, dietary or accessibility questions; and the best way to contact you. We will request any necessary additional information privately at a later stage.
