FREE COMMUNITY LEARNING · FOURTEEN PRACTICE ACTIVITIES · SIX-PATHWAY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Explore the publicly available, paper-first practice activities prepared for Friends of Dago and Dago Dala Hera. You may read them independently, print the activity page, or use the fictional scenarios with an appropriately authorized local facilitator. All exercises can be completed without submitting a form, paying a fee, using personal records, or owning a device.
What is available now: Fourteen public activity variants across sports and youth leadership, nonclinical health education, digital skills, and financial literacy, plus one separate education-only community-choice exercise for the proposed Village Banking initiative. What is not being claimed: scheduled classes, an open computer centre, a confirmed 2027 Kenyan Goals event, clinical services, a current loan offer, or a functioning savings or banking group. Public learning materials are not proof that a group session has taken place.
Sports, safety & youth leadership — S1–S3 and J1
Four free tabletop activities use invented teams and situations to practice fair play and inclusion (S1), fixture counting and non-duplicative reporting (S2), pausing unsafe activities and respecting accepted local roles (S3), and separating sports registration from provider-controlled clinical care (J1). These are exercises, not team registration or permission to run an event.

Nonclinical health navigation — H1 and H2
Two free fictional scenarios practice checking health claims without sharing private information (H1), and distinguishing a general education volunteer’s role from diagnosis, tests, treatment, referrals and records controlled by a qualified provider (H2). This is not individualized medical advice, a medical appointment, or a claim that services are available at a future camp.

Everyday digital skills — D1–D4
Four free exercises practice spotting suspicious messages (D1), drafting and finding a fictional letter (D2), understanding an invented stock sheet (D3), and making learning accessible without relying on fast internet or an individual device (D4). A pencil-and-paper alternative is available for each.

Financial literacy & enterprise learning — F1–F4
Four free exercises use fictional KES amounts to practice separating household and enterprise budgets (F1), understanding receipts and expenses (F2), asking informed questions about hypothetical borrowing terms (F3), and protecting private data while balancing a dummy cashbook (F4). None is a price quotation, investment recommendation, loan offer or request for personal financial information.

Proposed Village Banking — a separate community-choice exercise
This optional paper exercise asks how an imaginary group could respect voluntary participation, explain proposed rules, safeguard records, and permit informed decisions before anyone considers a real savings group. It is not one of the fourteen sessions above; the initiative has not been rolled out and this website does not collect savings or enroll members.

Using these materials safely
- For self-guided use: Read or print the linked practice page and use only its fictional example. You do not need to enter names, passwords, health details, money records or children’s information.
- For a locally organized session: The local team first confirms a suitable authorized space, an accepted facilitator, accessibility and the relevant supervision or safeguarding arrangements. Clinical services, real sports events, financial transactions and member adoption each require their distinct operational processes; these resources do not approve them.
- For accurate reporting: A web visit, download, printout or example answer does not count as a delivered session. After an activity actually occurs, authorized coordinators record its date and safe aggregate outcome in the existing Stage 5 Session Evidence register, keeping participant-level or sensitive records restricted.
Learn how this work fits within the six strategic pathways and the Programs & Projects portfolio. General enquiries can use the Friends of Dago inquiry form; it is not an application for a clinical appointment, a loan, a savings group or a confirmed 2027 event.
